Works with 
Subscribe to Charity Toolkit's RaiseIt Forms integration and we'll get started on your Fundraiser and Donor journeys. Once your subscription is set up the Charity Toolkit team will build out a branch of the integration for you, resulting in a pair of embeddable code snippets - one for your Fundraisers to setup their campaigns and one for your donors to pay into those campaigns. Have your web team set up two new pages on your website and add those corresponding snippets. That's it - everything is hooked up and ready to work immediately.

Donorfy Connect
RaiseIt Forms works exclusively with Donorfy CRM system. It matches or creates constituents for both your fundraiser and donor users, as well as sets their communications preferences, Gift Aid eligibility, identity data and more.
Build two audience segments instantly. Learn who your fundraisers are as they self-serve setting up appeals for the people/causes they care about. Learn who your donors are and importantly, how they are connected to these fundraisers.
Fees and benefits
Unlike other fundraising tools on the market, RaiseIt Forms takes no additional Gift Aid fee, charges no VAT, keeps users on-site rather than redirecting them elsewhere and doesn't confuse users about "tipping" mechanics or other service charges. There's also no limit on the number of appeals your fundraisers can create, so giving goes on and on and on...
Transactions
Donations taken through RaiseIt Forms are recorded using Donorfy's Fundraising Pages protocol. This means your fundraisers have their donations soft-credited to them, and their webpages are logged and linked in Donorfy as addressable, listable campaigns.
Since data is flowing straight to Donorfy and donations flowing straight to Stripe, there's no fund withdrawal delays either.
Customisations
RaiseIt Forms are designed to be simple and seamless, blending in with any website they're embedded into. They also take a configurable colour parameter for subtle styling.
Charity Toolkit's RaiseIt Forms runs on every submission through the embedded forms. There is no cap on the volume of forms you offer to your users or the submissions they transmit - so long as your subscription is active the integration is always on.
Subscription includes transmission of all donations, support and troubleshooting and automatic rollout of updates and new features.
Please note, Charity Toolkit does not collect fees per transaction it processes, nor does it present tipping or self-interested donation mechanics to your users. The monthly operational subscription is all we charge.

This integration can only connect the necessary systems with authorisation established through their respective API configurations. The credentials (and some customisation settings where applicable) needed to do this need to be shared with us so we can properly associate the integration with your Charity Toolkit account
If you don’t have these details available at the point of registration a member of the Charity Toolkit team will be in touch shortly after your registration to guide you on obtaining them.
When a submission is received by the integration, it will create a Constituent record for either the donor or the fundraiser, and will:
- Add a Transaction to the donor's timeline for a donation made.
- Add a Transaction Soft-Credit to the fundraiser's timeline for the donation made.
- Add an Activity to the fundraiser's timeline.
- Add a Gift Aid Declaration to the donor's timeline if applicable.
- Opt fundraisers and donors in or out of communication Channels.
- Opt fundraisers and donors in or out of Purposes.
If the data in a submission finds existing record matches in Donorfy the integration will use these rather than create a new record, and will update Profile fields as well as well opt-ins to communication Channels and Purposes.
If the data in a submission does not find existing record matches in Donorfy, the integration will create a new record. The matching process compares First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Postal Address and Phone Number; if there are too many variations between these fields as they appear in the submission data and the Donorfy data no match will be found and a new record will be made.
The integration product is robust and centralised for all our customers. Unique mappings and configurations are available for customising how the data appears in your CRM system, but how the integration works is largely fixed in place. It is always worth asking for special requests though, as we have been able to entertain some in the past.
No. Donations and their data made to you through means outside of RaiseIt Forms won't consist of the same internal markers needed to map correctly to Donorfy.
On occasion, Donorfy experiences blips which mean our integration can't reach it. When this happens it's always best to raise a support ticket with Donorfy to ask about system status and contact Charity Toolkit simultaneously. Since RaiseIt Forms principally uses Donorfy's own tech, an issue in transmission will likely arise there.
